Personal training sessions are customized and designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Training styles that are used in my programs include: Resistance Training, H.I.I.T, Bootcamp, Metabolic Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Strength Training, and Pilates. Regardless of your level, I will create an exciting, fun, challenging and customized workout for you!

Programs run 1 month and are CUSTOMIZED for your body and your goals. All workout programs come with a customized online app.

Metabolism Booster Program - Putting on an extra couple pounds or having trouble losing some weight? This is most likely do to a metabolism that has slowed down over time due to poor eating habits and age. This program is designed to boost your metabolism with food to fuel your day includes a three day rotation of 15-18 meal options to help you start shedding some pounds.

Strength Training/ Body Shaping Program - Looking to change your body composition? My customized workout program will help you reach your fitness goals. If you are looking to gain muscle and strength or want lean muscle tone, my program will get you there.

Weight Loss Training Program - This customized program brings the nutrition piece and exercise piece together. Having a well-balanced meal plan that is realistic, along with an active fitness regimen, will get you to your ideal body. This program is a great way to learn how to manage your meals and activity level to help you stay healthy.

Endurance Event Training Program - Do you have an event that you want to compete in? Whether it is a marathon, ultra run, triathlon or ironman, I can help. Receive a customized training program for the event you have chosen. If the event is local, I will go coach you for the day as part of the program.

Invest- In-You Program - This program is so exciting! Do you have a weight loss goal or maybe a size you would like to fit into? This is a great way to commit and believe in yourself. How the program works is you will receive a meal plan and exercise program. Local area clients will train with me no less than two times per week. Remote clients will train via Skype or FaceTime no less than two times a week. Training rates are $75.00 an hour. You ask why so high? Well, here is the amazing part! At the beginning of the program, together we will set a goal and a time frame for you to reach that goal. If you reach that goal within the time frame we set, you will be reimbursed $25.00 for every training hour you spent with me! You can then use that reimbursement to come up with a new set of goals and to do it again; or, treat yourself to a new pair of jeans as a reward! I believe in you, now it’s time for you to invest in you!
