Jennifer Whetham has completely renovated me! I began working with her in January 2015 as a way to add in another level of exercise that I’d hope would hold me to a more regular routine that would get better results. I’d always belonged to a gym and would attend spinning classes but I was going it alone. Jenn pushed me to work harder than I thought possible. As the months passed the pounds were shedding and my motivation grew. When I hit a plateau Jenn recommended a meal plan. She created a plan that was easy to stick to and I learned a lot about better eating habits and never felt deprived. Her plan gave me alternatives as well and I am able to dine out without feeling guilty. My original goal was to lose 20 pounds and I’ve now lost 50! Jenn “gets me” and has helped me shoot beyond my original idea of what I thought I could do; I’ve never been more physically fit and my energy level is amazing.


After trying to get fit for 20 years, I was able to lose nearly 100 pounds! I owe a lot of this to my trainer and coach, Jennifer, who taught me about all aspects of a healthier lifestyle including strength and cardiovascular training and proper nutrition. Losing weight is one thing. Keeping it off is another. I have found that having something to train for – like a road race or other competition – keeps me motivated. I was able to do this in large part because Jennifer was able to help me channel my competitive drive into a plan that allowed me to meet my fitness goals. She drew on years of experience as a successful endurance athlete to help me understand what I needed to do physically and mentally if I wanted to improve. She can probably do the same for you!


Jennifer is phenomenal! She has all the very best qualities of an excellent personal coach and trainer. She has the right education, knowledge and credentials so you know you're getting someone professionally qualified. Jennifer has a sixth sense for knowing when to push you and when to lighten up so you are absolutely safe. Since training with Jenn I've gotten stronger, more confident in my own skin and energetic! Jenn got me back to running again, something I used to love but haven't done in a whole bunch of years! Jenn won't hurt you. She is sensitive and gentle but she will challenge you! Beyond the physical changes, mentally I am more resilient. I can handle stress with a much more even keel than before. This is an unexpected but very welcome bonus to my workouts with Jenn. Jennifer also gives me guidance in weight-reducing nutrition, workouts for home or when I'm traveling, in addition to our face to face gym-based workouts.
