Individual Pricing and Policies

  1. Single EMS Training Session: $90
  2. Personal Training Rates: (30-min. $40, 45-min. $52)
  3. Monthly packages must be used in their entirety within 5 weeks of purchase.
  4. Clients must receive clearance from their doctor to engage in personal training or EMS activities.
  5. Cancellations made more than 24 hours from original appointment will be accommodated with rescheduling to complete all sessions within the month .
  6. Cancellations within 24 hours of set appointment are not subject to rescheduling or refund. Session is forfeited.
  7. EMS training suit required and can be purchased from Creating Balance for $100.

No, you are incontrol of the intensity of the workout. The electrical impulses are completely safe and non-invasive.

EMS training as proven results in all different fitness levels and age groups. You must be cleared to engage in regular exercise and not have any of the contraindications.

For your first workout no need to bring anything. Everything will be provided for you. Allow 40 minutes for your first session as we will go over some personal information and discuss your goals. For every session thereafter, you will need only 30 minutes including time to change.

It is recommended that you eat carbohydrates 45-30 minutes before a session along with .5 liters of water.

EMS does not stimulate the smooth muscles in organs. EMS training is FDA approved as a safe and effective workout.

A specialized training suit is required for all sessions following your complimentary session. These can be purchased through Creating Balance for $99.00. Suits can be rented for $15.00 per session.

Suits are to be machine washed on delicate and hung dry.
